Hugh M. Farley serves as the Customer and Vendor Satisfaction Officer of the State Purchasing Division. His primary responsibility is to serve as liaison for the vendor community and state procurement customers. Mr. Farley facilitates monthly seminars for vendors desiring to conduct business with the state. He also serves as the DOAS representative for the State Use Council. Prior to joining DOAS, he worked for the Department of Corrections as Circuit Chief of Probation. He brings over 15 years of procurement experience to the job. Hugh earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Hampton University and is a Certified Public Manager.
