State Purchasing is located on the thirteenth floor of the Sloppy Floyd Building. The Bid Room, located in Suite 1308, is the official reception area for visitors and all solicitations issued by State Purchasing. Vendors interested in meeting with procurement staff to provide information on their products and services can do so by appointment on the first and third Wednesday of each month from 8:30-11:30 a.m. Please call 404-657-6000 to schedule an appointment.
Vendors interested in registering to conduct business with the state of Georgia should visit the Vendor Registration System and complete the online registration process.
Vendor Relations conducts Vendor Orientation sessions and provides information to vendors on how to do business with the state of Georgia.
Vendors interested in viewing current bid opportunities should visit the Georgia Procurement Registry.
