eQuote - Potentially a Required Sourcing Tool for RFQ's

State Purchasing Division is strongly considering making eQuote the required sourcing tool for all RFQs beginning September 1, 2008.  Therefore, within the next four months, all APO/UPO’s issuing Request for Quotes should utilize eQuote for their sourcing events. This will allow end-users enough time to make any necessary changes to their current procurement practices and realize first hand all of the benefits of using eQuote.
