Basics of Writing Specifications
The purpose of this training session is to help you understand the relationship between the buyer, the end-user, and the vendor in the solicitation process and the importance and basic methods of writing clear and accurate specifications that are the basis of that communication process. This training will combine lecture and both small group as well as hands-on activities.
