eQuote Enhancements Phase II Release

The State Purchasing Division (SPD) is pleased to announce the release of eQuote enhancements – Phase II.  With the upcoming enhancement scheduled to be implemented on March 31st, eQuote will have matured from a very simple tool used for small value bids under $10,000 to a robust electronic quote program complete with many levels of functionality and options available for both purchasing agents and responding vendors.  View the summary of the enhancements.

In addition, SPD has scheduled several training classes throughout the State to provide you with the instruction and hands-on activities necessary to learn how to use the tool and its new features.  Please check the training schedules for eQuote.

To register for a class, send your request to Training@doas.ga.gov and submit the following information:

• Training Date
• Student Name
• Student email address
• Student Phone Number
• Agency Name
• Student’s Manager Name
• Manager’s email
